Sachin is a co-founder of the firm. He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with over 27 years standing in the profession. His major work experience involves Statutory Audit of Banks-Assisted in Statutory Audit, Designing MIS, project management consultancy, Internal audits, Tax Compliance under Direct & Indirect Taxes. He had completed international professional assignments in countries like China, Thailand (Bangkok), UAE (Dubai), UK (London), Netherland (Amsterdam).
Shantanu is fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with over 27 years standing in the profession. His major work experience involves audits of different entities, concurrent audits of banks, cooperative societies, educational institutions, trusts, internal audits of companies and expert consultancy for Income Tax Assessment at Tribunal and GST. He was a Director of Samruddhi Urban Cooperative Bank Ltd. Nagpur. Experience of joint ventures and financing. Visited China and Australia for professional assignment.

Gaurav is past president of Nagpur Metro Jaycees and general secretary of college student counsel. Gaurav has worked towards upliftment of society by contributing to the TOI initiative of Each One Teach One and a number of Environmental protection drives with various NGO’s.
Vineet Singh
Vineet Singh had 20 years of corporate track record with the most recent as – The CMO for Mercer India, the Indian subsidiary for Marsh & McLennan. Prior to that he was also the CTO of Theorem Inc, a New jersey based Digital Analytics firm, CMO for CXsphere, a contextual analytics firm based out of Toronto.
He has been a strategic leader for product adoption, AI/ML implementation, marketing automation, and data analytics— to accelerate market presence in the competitive AI landscape. He started his career at Ford world HQ in Detroit as the Asia Pacific Lead for Digital Transformation. He is an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur, Cornell University and Sourhern California University.
